Joining the color spectrum this summer is the happy yellow of the new Paradise Drink Starbucks Refreshers® beverage and Pineapple Passionfruit Starbucks Refreshers® beverage. The golden-hued drinks are made with flavors of pineapple and passionfruit, hand-shaken with real diced pineapple pieces and ice with the addition of creamy coconutmilk in the Paradise Drink for a piña colada flavor.

Raegen Powell, a senior developer from Starbucks R&amp;D who led the creation of the new drinks, said the sunny shade of the new beverages is part of their appeal.

“We wanted to create something to make people feel happy,” Powell said. “It’s a mood booster,” Powell said.

Pineapple Passionfruit Starbucks Refreshers® beverage

The golden-hued new Pineapple Passionfruit Starbucks Refreshers® beverage will brighten any day with the flavors of pineapple and passionfruit, hand-shaken with real diced pineapple pieces and ice to create a delicious island escape. Or try the new non-dairy Paradise Drink Starbucks Refreshers ® beverage, which adds coconutmilk for a creamy, dreamy sip. Customers can also add lemonade to the Pineapple Passionfruit Starbucks Refreshers beverage for an extra burst of flavor.
