Starbucks is kicking off the spring season with a new menu full of color, flavor and can’t-miss taste. Starting today, Starbucks is adding new non-dairy beverages, breakfast wraps and more to menus at participating company-operated and licensed stores in the U.S. Plus, available where you buy groceries, are new Starbucks coffee in roast &amp; ground and K-Cup®, as well as ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee and juices.

Starbucks new Iced Coconutmilk Drinks are both vibrant and delicious and will expand the menu of non-dairy, iced beverages after the <a href="https://stories.starbucks.com/stories/2020/starbucks-introduces-first-new-beverages-of-2020/">debut of two new non-dairy hot beverages in January</a>. The Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink includes premium matcha green tea shaken with flavors of pineapple and ginger along with coconutmilk and ice. The Iced Golden Ginger Drink features ginger, pineapple and turmeric flavors, shaken with coconutmilk and ice.

For customers looking for a satisfying, warm breakfast, Starbucks now offers two new, protein-packed breakfast wraps. &nbsp;The Bacon, Sausage &amp; Egg Wrap includes double-smoked bacon, sausage, cage-free scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and sous vide potatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla. The Southwest Veggie Wrap combines cage-free scrambled eggs, black beans, sous vide potatoes, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, and jalapeño cream cheese wrapped in a salsa tortilla.

Nitro fans, rejoice! The new Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam begins with Starbucks Nitro Cold Brew that is topped with salted honey cold foam which features a strike of toasted honey to let the coffee shine with a subtle sweetness.

Hello sunshine! Springtime has arrived in Starbucks stores in the United States starting today (March 3), along&nbsp;with a refreshing trio of new iced beverages – Iced Golden Ginger Drink, Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink and Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam.

New flavors of the rainbow

Starbucks is launching a pair of new coconutmilk iced drinks after the <a href="https://stories.starbucks.com/stories/2020/starbucks-introduces-first-new-beverages-of-2020/">debut of two new non-dairy hot beverages in January</a>, their colorful hues adding to the vivid palette of iced beverages.

“We were inspired by Venice Beach and the California sun, reminiscent of a L.A. kind of vibe,” said Kris Murray, product specialist for the Starbucks Beverage Research &amp; Development team. This concept led to colorful coconutmilk beverages with a tropical twist, featuring flavors like matcha, turmeric, pineapple and ginger. 

Iced Golden Ginger Drink

First up is Iced Golden Ginger Drink, a sunny beverage that features ginger, pineapple and turmeric flavors, shaken with coconutmilk and ice. 

“Its vibrant color and sunny flavors make you think of springtime,” said Murray. 

Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink

Next is Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink, made with premium matcha green tea with flavors of pineapple and ginger, shaken with coconutmilk and ice. 

“Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink is the perfect blend of pineapple and matcha with a hint of coconut,” Murray said. “At first sip, you get some of that pineapple flavor complimented by the coconutmilk, with matcha and ginger flavors really shining through at the end.” 

Spring also brings a new cold coffee beverage, Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam, which joins Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato and Iced Cocoa Cloud Macchiato as the featured seasonal cold coffee drinks. This beverage was designed to complement the smooth flavors of nitro cold brew, topped with a salted honey cold foam and a stripe of sweet and salty toasted honey.

Matthew Thornton, product developer for the Beverage R&amp;D team, created the new beverage, which has 40 calories for a grande, with 7 grams of total sugar.

“This beverage really showcases our coffee with just a touch of sweetness from the salted honey foam,” Thornton said. 

New food and ready-to-drink beverage items are also in stores starting today, along with a cheerful collection of spring merchandise. Learn more.
