Starbucks Newsroom film by Luanne Dietz and Joshua Trujillo; reporting by Linda Dahlstrom; edited by Jessey Dearing
After Hurricane Harvey flooded Houston with 1,000-year rains, Starbucksstore manager Wil Scottanswered the community’s call, and found overwhelming need. “It really kind of puts things into perspective when you have idea or an urge to volunteer and hope,” he said, “and when you get there, there is a whole different need than you anticipated.”
Watch the stories of Wil and fellow Houston store manager Jen Do, truly inspirational partners who stood up when the need was great.
