Starbucks Launches New Handcrafted Iced Energy Beverages


Summertime continues at Starbucks with new cold beverages and delicious food. Beginning Tuesday, June 25, the new handcrafted Iced Energy Beverages, nondairy creamer and cold foam and Caramel Vanilla Swirl Iced Coffee, along with the new Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich and Blueberry Streusel Muffin will be available at U.S. Starbucks stores, all which will be available year-round. 

Starbucks Iced Energy 

Elevate the day with a boost of sugar-free energy with the new, handcrafted Starbucks Iced Energy beverages. These drinks combine sparkling fruit flavors with iced tea for the ultimate jumpstart and are available at stores in the U.S. year-round. 

The new Melon Burst Iced Energy features refreshing flavors of melon and cucumber balanced with bright Passion Tango® tea, served over ice.  

The new Tropical Citrus Iced Energy combines refreshing flavors of passionfruit and citrus, balanced with green tea, served over ice.  

The Frozen Tropical Citrus Iced Energy with Strawberry Puree - which is available exclusively in the Starbucks® app for a limited time – features refreshing flavors of passionfruit and citrus balanced with swirls of strawberry puree*.  

Starbucks Iced Energy and Frozen Iced Energy drinks are available only in a venti (24 fl oz) size, and contain 140 - 205 mg of caffeine, similar in caffeine content to a grande (16 oz.) Starbucks Cold Brew.

Nondairy Vanilla Sweet Cream & Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam 

Starbucks is also introducing a new nondairy vanilla sweet cream and a new nondairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam, both of which are made with a creamy combination of oatmilk and soymilk. Available year-round, they are a delicious addition to any handcrafted beverage. 

Caramel Vanilla Swirl Iced Coffee 

For a delicious twist on Starbucks new iced coffee blend, try the new Caramel Vanilla Swirl Iced Coffee featuring a swirl of caramel and a cascade of Vanilla Sweet Cream.  

New Breakfast & Bakery Bites  

Also joining the permanent menu are the new Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich and Blueberry Streusel Muffin

The vegetarian Egg, Pesto and Mozzarella Sandwich features a fluffy cage-free egg frittata with kale and basil pesto and mozzarella on a toasted cheddar and onion bun.  

Baked until golden brown, the Blueberry Streusel Muffin is made with juicy blueberries and is finished with a rich cinnamon streusel topping. 

New Summer Merchandise 

Starbucks is keeping cool with a brand-new lineup of seasonal drinkware in patterns that pop including dazzling cold cups, an exclusive lime green Starbucks x Stanley Quencher and more. Assortment will vary by store, available for a limited time, while supplies last.

Starbucks is also introducing the latest collection as part of its Artist Collaboration Series, in partnership with artist Ananya Rao-Middleton. Vivid, vibrant and explorative, Ananya uses her artwork as a tool to share her experiences as a woman of color living with multiple sclerosis and as a traumatic brain injury survivor. Starbucks® Doubleshot Energy® drink, which combines the rich, bold taste of Starbucks coffee with a blend of B vitamins, guarana and ginseng, and is available in five flavors: Caramel, Coffee, Mocha, Vanilla and White Chocolate.

Enjoying cold coffee at home is simple with these new products, and Starbucks recently partnered with extreme skateboarder Tony Hawk to help people realize making their own iced beverage isn't an extreme activity.
