Protecting partners and customers together – an update on facial coverings

We respectfully require customers follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when visiting our stores. It is our responsibility to protect our partners and comply with local public health mandates. 

As such, our partners have the right and responsibility to refuse service to customers who are not wearing facial coverings. As we continue to ensure the health and well-being of our partners and customers, we have temporarily closed our restrooms to the public in stores where the café or café seating is unavailable, with exceptions made for uniformed emergency responders and those covered by Ally’s law.
