What’s New at Starbucks This Summer

Beginning on July 11 – and just in time for the warm summer months - Starbucks customers can enjoy new beverages and food at Starbucks , including iced espresso beverages featuring refreshingly cool coconutmilk, new Teavana Shaken Iced Tea Infusions and a delicious new high-protein breakfast wrap and lunch bowls.

Refreshing Iced Espresso

Iced Cascara Coconutmilk Latte

In January, customers savored the Cascara Latte and beginning today, Cascara returns with a refreshing twist for summer. Spanish for ‘husk,’ Cascara is extracted from coffee cherries into a syrup, creating a delicately sweet flavor for espresso beverages. The Iced Cascara Coconutmilk Latte marries the inherent sweetness of cascara and pairs it with the lightness of coconutmilk and Starbucks signature espresso, creating a light and refreshing espresso beverage perfect for summer. $4.25-$4.45 for a Tall (12 fluid ounce) beverage.

Iced Coconutmilk Mocha Macchiato

Introduced in 2016, customer-favorite Iced Coconutmilk Mocha Macchiato features espresso shots poured over chilled coconut milk and combined with a hint of white chocolate mocha sauce. The beverage is finished, or marked, with caramel sauce in a double crosshatch pattern and a swirl of mocha sauce to create five layers of espresso sweetness. $4.25-$4.45 for a Tall (12 fluid ounce) beverage.

New Teavana Iced Teas

Teavana Shaken Iced Pineapple Black Tea Infusion – Tropical pineapple flavors from a fruit and botanical blend are combined with premium Teavana® Black Tea then slightly sweetened with liquid cane sugar for a refreshing drink that's just subtly sweet. Available unsweetened upon request. $2.75-$2.95 for a Tall (12 fluid ounce) beverage.

Teavana Shaken Iced Strawberry Green Tea Infusion – Juicy strawberry notes in our fruit and botanical blend are combined with premium Teavana® Green Tea then slightly sweetened with liquid cane sugar. Available unsweetened upon request. $2.75-$2.95 for a Tall (12 fluid ounce) beverage.

Teavana Shaken Iced Peach Citrus White Tea Infusion – Fruit and botanical blends, featuring ripe peach flavor notes, are combined with premium Teavana® White Tea, then slightly sweetened with liquid cane sugar. Available unsweetened upon request. $2.75-$2.95 for a Tall (12 fluid ounce) beverage.

Free Tea Friday: Customers can try the new Teavana Shaken Iced Tea Infusions during “Free Tea Friday” on Friday, July 14 from 1-2pm, and receive a free Tall (12 fluid ounce) Teavana Shaken Iced Tea Infusions in tropical Pineapple Black Tea, juicy Strawberry Green Tea, or refreshing Peach Citrus Tea at participating company-operated and select licensed stores in the U.S. and Canada, while supplies last.

New Food Offerings

New Seared Steak, Egg and Tomatillo Wrap

Made with seared steak, cage-free scrambled eggs, caramelized onions and tomatillo salsa in a toasty tortilla. The wrap, which contains 21 grams of protein, is an excellent source of protein and available at company-operated Starbucks stores in the U.S., and select licensed store locations in the US. Available for $4.95 ($5.25 in Atlanta price test zone)

New Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl with Black Beans and Greens

Made with grilled white chicken meat raised without anti-biotics, lettuce, quinoa, tomatoes, roasted corn, black beans, jicama and cotija, and mild tomato chili vinaigrette served on the side. Each bowl contains 27 grams of protein, and has more than one cup of fruits and vegetables. The new bowl replaces the Zesty Chicken & Black Bean Salad Bowl and will be available year-round at most company-operated Starbucks stores in the U.S., and select licensed store locations. Available for $7.45 - $8.95.

New Vegan Lentils & Vegetables Protein Bowl with Brown Rice

Made with butternut squash, roasted tomatoes, and sunflower seeds, and served with lemon – tahini dressing. With 23 grams of protein, this new bowl is also an excellent source of protein, and has more than one cup of fruits and vegetables, and is certified vegan by the American Vegetarian Association. The new Vegan Lentils & Vegetables Protein Bowl with Brown Rice replaces the Hearty Veggie & Brown Rice Salad Bowl and will be available year-round at select Starbucks stores in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City, and Washington D.C. Available for $7.45 - $8.45.

New Sweet Treats

Vanilla Bean Whoopie Pie

Vanilla bean-speckled cream sandwiched between two deeply rich chocolate cakes, topped with a white chocolate drizzle and nonpareils. Available for $2.25 – 2.75.

Raspberry Whoopie Pie

Cream flavored by Napa Valley’s Perfect Puree red raspberries sandwiched by deeply rich chocolate cakes. Available at company-operated and licensed store locations in the U.S. and through the summer while supplies last. Available for $2.25 – 2.75

Strawberry Cake Pop

A perfect summer treat, this cake pop shaped like a strawberry and filled with delicious moist, light strawberry cake. Available at company-operated and licensed store locations in the U.S. and through the summer while supplies last. Available for $1.95 – 2.25.
