Teavana Voluntarily Recalls Tristan Glass Pitcher

SEATTLE, July 22, 2015 - Teavana is voluntarily recalling the Tristan Glass Pitcher (SKU# 11034874) sold exclusively at Teavana stores and through Teavana.com. Teavana has received 50 reports of the glass pitchers breaking or leaking, including three reports of lacerations and two minor burns.

Teavana will be offering a large infusion tea pitcher plus a $25 Teavana gift card to customers who return the Tristan pitcher to a local store (with the exception of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport location in Dallas, Texas and Columbia Mall store location in Columbia, Maryland). The original receipt is not required for this return.

In lieu of a replacement and a $25 Teavana gift card, customers may request a full refund plus tax in the form of a Teavana gift card.

Teavana is carrying out this recall in cooperation with the CPSC and Health Canada.
