Starbucks Response to the Dutch Appeal of the European Commission Decision on the Netherlands
We support the Dutch appeal of the Commission’s decision that claims we underpaid taxes to the Netherlands.
We wish to set the record straight by demonstrating major miscalculations and factual errors in the Commission's analysis. We support OECD tax reform efforts and have historically paid on average a 33 percent effective global tax rate.
