Former U.S. Ambassador to China Gary Locke (center) closed the Seattle Welcome Dinner by honoring China’s President Xi Jinping (left) with a traditional toast of Starbucks Pike Place Special Reserve coffee. Current Washington Governor Jay Inslee (right) joined in the toast.
