The quality and safety of our products is our top priority and we review our ingredients on an ongoing basis to ensure we exceed customer expectations. Starbucks continues to explore how to best provide customers the information they need to make informed decisions about their food and beverage choices.
We understand GMO labeling is of interest to some of our customers. We work closely with others across our industry to study the broader GMO issue and determine the best path forward. We are in compliance with all GMO labeling in the communities across the globe where we do business. As a company with stores and a product presence in every state in the U.S., we prefer a national solution. Starbucks is not part to any litigation nor lobbying pertaining to GMO labeling.

Starbucks Response to Questions and Litigation Regarding GMO Labeling
Starbucks is not a part of any lawsuit pertaining to GMO labeling nor have we provided funding for any campaign. And Starbucks is not aligned with Monsanto to stop food labeling or block Vermont State law.
The petition claiming that Starbucks is part of this litigation is completely false and we have asked the petitioners to correct their description of our position.
As a company, with stores and a product presence in every state, we prefer a national solution.
