Tiffany Willis

Tiffany Willis is senior vice president, Investor Relations for Starbucks. In this role, she leads the company’s financial communication strategy and serves as the liaison between the company and investment community.  

Prior to this role, Tiffany served as the company’s vice president, Investor Relations and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Engagement, where she developed a grassroots strategy for interaction between the investment community and select members of the Starbucks Board of Directors on critical ESG matters. 

Before joining Starbucks in 2021, Tiffany led Investor Relations for multiple Fortune 500 companies including Fiserv, where she also oversaw a $22 billion FinTech acquisition. She also spent nearly a decade at TimeWarner, gaining international experience working overseas in Argentina, Hong Kong and Shanghai, preparing the company for the AT&T merger. Tiffany also has deep accounting and governance experience from her many years at EY and PwC, where she managed a Fortune 500 multi-industry client roster, including The Coca-Cola Company, Heinz, Viacom and Mellon Bank. 

Tiffany is a graduate of the advanced management program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She also holds professional certifications in risk management, operations and information technology.  

Outside of work, Tiffany focuses her time on family and community service. She enjoys public speaking and is a frequently requested speaker for industry conferences, company summits, empowerment workshops and university commencements, including a keynote address for Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Her Starbucks favorites are Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle.
