Celebrating Pride Heritage Month in EMEA

Since the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company dedicated to creating a culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome. Our aspiration is to be people positive – uplifting the well-being of everyone we connect with, from our partners to the customers in our stores and beyond.

Pride Heritage Month is an opportunity to celebrate LGBTQ+ communities all around the world. In celebrating Pride Heritage Month, we invited two partners (employees), Dan and Lady Anne, to share with us their experiences.
