Cafés

Sunrise in Jonesboro
The early morning sun streams in through the windows at the Starbucks Community Store in Jonesboro, Ga., a quiet spot for that first cup of coffee in the day with collage art pieces by local artist Marryam Moma.

Booksmart background
It’s a well-established fact that a Starbucks café is a great place for hitting the books. Join your next online study group with this background from the Starbucks store at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va, which features a one-of-a-kind collage of 34 flying books interspersed with sparkling clear glass globes.

Café as a work of art
Surround yourself with an intricate matrix of more than 2,000 wooden sticks from the iconic store near the Dazaifu Tenmangu shrine in Fukuoka, Japan. The store was created in collaboration with renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma (who also designed the exterior of the Tokyo Roastery).

A place to connect
The company’s newest Community Store also makes a beautiful backdrop with a colorful mural by local artist Aniekan Udofia inspired by its location in the historic Anacostia neighborhood in Washington, D.C.

Evening vibes
As dusk settles in, this nighttime scene from the terrace outside the Olive Way store in Seattle casts a warm glow for a virtual happy hour, as if winking a good evening.
