Starbucks cannot guarantee that any of our hand-crafted beverages or unpackaged food items are allergen-free because we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve them. Some beverage ingredients may be produced in an environment where allergens are present.
In accordance with applicable food hygiene legislation, and to help our customers make appropriate decisions, we place signage in our pastry cases, on our bakery labels and on our pre-packaged food. We publish all nutritional and ingredient information online at www.starbucks.co.uk/quick-links/nutrition-info, as well as displaying food allergens on our mobile app.
Our allergen information guide contains a list of all the products we sell, with the allergens listed for reference to help our customers make informed decisions. If a customer is ever unsure, they can ask which allergens are present in an item and our baristas will help them find the correct information before they make their purchase.
