of the Starbucks Asia Pacific Regional Barista Championship (RBC), a milestone that celebrates the talent, dedication, and growth of baristas across the region. Since its launch, the competition has become a platform for partners (employees) to share their coffee knowledge, refine their skills, and inspire one another through a shared love of coffee.

Bringing together some of the region’s top baristas, the RBC will see 25 Starbucks partners from 13 markets gather in Manila, Philippines, from September 30 to October 2. Through a series of challenges, competitors will showcase their passion for coffee, mastery of their craft, and ability to create connections through every cup.

Celebrating Teamwork Through the Ultimate Barista Team Challenge

Alongside the individual competition, 21 partners will participate in the Ultimate Barista Team Challenge, a fast-paced event designed to celebrate collaboration, communication, and teamwork.

Working together in teams, participants will navigate a series of coffee and service challenges that test not only their technical skills, but also their ability to support one another under pressure. The challenge reflects the spirit of Starbucks® coffeehouses, where great customer experiences are created through teamwork and shared commitment.

<h4
