Thoughtfully designed for eco-conscious customers on-the-go, the Starbucks® X Herschel Supply collection includes an assortment of stylish bags made from recycled plastic and drinkware featuring bold colors and eye-catching messages focused on sustainability. Combining timeless design and premium quality, the Starbucks® X Herschel Supply designer collaboration proves quality and self-expression don’t need to come at the cost of a sustainable lifestyle. The collection’s unique designs embody style and authenticity, while giving recycled material a second life.

The limited-edition designer collaboration will be available starting April 22 at select Starbucks® stores across Asia while supplies last.

In January, Starbucks announced a bold, multi-decade aspiration to become resource positive, working with Starbucks partners (employees), customers and other stakeholders on the journey. The company will spend the next year continuing to test and learn before formalizing these sustainability targets as part of the company’s 50th anniversary in 2021.

This spring, Starbucks is collaborating with renowned fashion designer Vera Wang to release a new limited-edition designer collaboration, available exclusively at Starbucks® stores in Asia. The Starbucks® x Vera Wang designer collaboration celebrates being true to oneself, with stylish patterns that reflect a day in the life of Vera Wang. In classic shades of grey, this assortment of drinkware and lifestyle accessories invites customers to go behind the scenes with the designer and find those rare pops of color that help them stay true to themselves.

Sakura Sakuranbo Frappucino® blended beverage: A creamy milk base flavored with cherry blossom and a subtle hint of strawberries, topped with a sauce featuring the rich texture of cherries. The unique sweet and sour notes instantly evoke the freshness of spring.&nbsp; The cute pink, white, and blue star-like toppings are made of konpeito or sugar-coated rice crackers.

As an exclusive treat during promotion period starting February 26, Starbucks customers in Japan can customize any of drinks free of charge with unique “SAKURA topping” inspired by cherry blossom petals and made with arare rice crackers and dried cranberries.

The second phase of this year’s Sakura Series merchandise is inspired by misty spring rain. The design captures a misty rainfall across the soft cherry blossom petals, grass and flowers, finished with luminous glitter accents. 

For a limited time in Starbucks stores across Japan, customers can enjoy a delightfully immersive AR experience through their smartphones, without downloading a special app. A special QR code printed on receipt during the promotional period is the key to unlocking a secret miniature world of enchanted cherry blossom scenes.&nbsp;There are five variants available which appear at random, so try to catch them all or check out the hashtag #StarbucksSakura2020 on Instagram to see more!

Lunar Near Year, also known as Chinese New Year, is one of the world’s most significant cultural celebrations. Each year is characterized by one of 12 animals that appear in the Chinese zodiac with 2020 being the Year of the Rat. 

To commemorate Lunar New Year, Starbucks stores in Asia and the U.S. are celebrating with customers with the introduction of a range of drinkware, Starbucks Cards, beverages and more, available while supplies last. 

For more than 20 years, Starbucks has celebrated the Lunar New Year holiday with customers across Asia. To celebrate the upcoming Year of the Rat, the company is introducing new merchandise to commemorate the occasion, available at participating stores while supplies last. 

Golden Pineapple Latte: The classic latte is blended with a high-quality pineapple sauce, and the Golden Diamond pineapple is sweet and delicate. The roasted white sesame, caramel cocoa flavor of the coffee blends with the tropical aroma of pineapple and sesame fragrance. Covered with a brilliant dollop of whipped cream, a symbol of the bright good Chinese New Year fortune.

Fortune Chestnut Macchiato: The silky steamed milk is flavored with sweet roasted chestnuts, nutty and creamy, covered with milk foam, poured into a classic espresso to create a wonderful "mark", and topped with a sweet sauce made from French chestnut puree.

Love Blossoms Matcha Latte: High quality green tea powder, blended with smooth milk and classic peach blossom flavor syrup. The beverage is then topped with pink peach blossom flavor whipped cream and sprinkled with peach blossom flavor fragments.

Building on the popularity of Global Lunar New Year collections, Starbucks is offering a Lunar New Year collection in the United States for the first time.
