Starbucks Korea Debuts the Aerocano
Aerocano is a handcrafted iced beverage with a creamy texture and fuller body.
In Korea, where iced coffee popularity continues year-round, Starbucks is introducing a new way to experience its iced coffee. Beginning February 26, customers across the market can experience the Aerocano, a refreshing take on the classic Americano that adds a creamy twist to one of Korea’s most-loved beverages.
A New Iced Icon
For years, iced beverages have reigned supreme at Starbucks Korea. Even in the coldest months, the Starbucks® Iced Americano accounts for more than 70% of all Starbucks® Americano orders, highlighting customers’ unwavering devotion to chilled coffee. Tapping into this passion, Starbucks is launching the Aerocano, marking an exciting step forward in the brand’s evolution of iced coffee craft.

What Makes the Aerocano Unique
Aerocano is a handcrafted iced beverage with a creamy texture and fuller body. Using signature barista craft, the espresso is aerated to create an airy, creamy foam—offering a refreshing alternative for customers who enjoy classic iced coffees like Iced Americanos and Cold Brew. Customers can enjoy a fuller coffee taste along with the visually appealing cascading pour as the beverage settles.
Expanding Starbucks Coffee Craft
The introduction of the Aerocano underscores Starbucks Korea’s continued commitment to elevating the coffee experience and expanding its core lineup. In recent years, the brand has introduced more options for customers to tailor their coffee preferences, from Blonde Espresso and Decaf to Cold Brew. Beverage innovations such as the Flat White, Milk Caramel Latte, Cortado, and Vanilla Latte have further enriched Starbucks offering.
Now joining the permanent menu, the Aerocano adds even more variety for customers seeking both classic and modern expressions of coffee.
