This year marks the 15th anniversary of Starbucks Global Month of Good, a tradition that unites partners (employees) around the world in a shared mission: to make a positive impact in our communities and the planet.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of Starbucks Global Month of Good, a tradition that unites partners (employees) around the world in a shared mission: to make a positive impact in our communities and the planet. Since its inception, Global Month of Good has empowered Starbucks partners to step beyond the store and into their neighborhoods to address urgent needs—from supporting food banks, to mentoring youth, providing clean water access and so much more.
Global Month of Good also coincides with Earth Month, offering another meaningful way for Starbucks partners to give back to the planet. Through the Starbucks Partners for Sustainability networks in the region, partners are empowered to step up and lead environmental initiatives in their communities—from planting trees and cleaning up beaches, to hosting educational workshops for customers and championing sustainable practices in everyday life.
