Starbucks Hong Kong & Macau today announced a pilot of its new Mobile Order to Table service at 35 stores across Hong Kong & Macau. The new service further elevates the in-store customer experience and strengthens Starbucks commitment to customer-centric and digital innovation in Asia. Starbucks® Rewards members can now skip the line and order their favorite beverages and foods directly from their seat in-store and delivered at their table by a Starbucks barista by scanning a QR code.
Members can scan the QR code at their table to place their order through the updated Starbucks Mobile App. Their freshly-prepared order will then be delivered to the table by Starbucks partners. The new feature saves queuing time and allows customers to order without leaving their table, making the Starbucks Experience more convenient and enjoyable than ever.
