Tata Starbucks announced the launch of a feature that allows customers to order and pay ahead using the Starbucks India mobile application. With the new feature, customers can now order ahead and pick up their beverage from a nearby Starbucks store.
The Mobile order and Pay feature in the Starbucks app is available to My Starbucks Rewards® (MSR) members. Payments are made by linking a registered Starbucks Card on the Starbucks India App. The Mobile Order & Pay feature offers customers a host of benefits, including convenience and contactless transactions:
- Order ahead and skip the line – pick up your beverage directly from the counter
- Customise your beverage – select size, coffee bean options, milk and add-ons
- Pay using your registered Starbucks Card
- Add balance to your card through the app
- Earn Stars on every order*

Tata Starbucks also offers online delivery through food delivery apps, and contactless ordering services via WhatsApp and QR code ordering in select stores across India.
