New to the Starbucks menu this season in Japan, the Merry Strawberry Cake Frappuccino brings the spirit of the holidays to customers. Inspired by Japan’s beloved Christmas cake, the Merry Strawberry Cake Frappuccino features a decadent blended sponge cake and shortbread base, layered with strawberry sauce and whipped cream to create a beautiful tiered appearance.
In addition, the Merry Strawberry Cake Milk blends tart strawberry sauce, fresh fruit and steamed milk to create a smooth, fruity flavor. Served hot and topped with whipped cream and strawberry pieces, this festive beverage looks and tastes like a strawberry shortcake while showcasing the colors of Christmas.
The Merry Strawberry Cake Frappuccino and Merry Strawberry Cake Milk are available beginning November 1 for a limited time at Starbucks stores in Japan.
