This spring, Starbucks baristas in Asia are crafting beverages that invite customers to celebrate the season and experience Starbucks beverages in new ways. Stores are featuring both hot and cold beverages that range from lighter refreshment like the new Starbucks® Coconut Water Espresso Shakerato to comforting hot beverages such as Starbucks® Tahitian Vanilla Macchiato. Available in participating stores for a limited time while supplies last.
Coconut Water Espresso Shakerato – Asia
A thirst-quenching twist on an espresso classic. Starbucks® Coconut Water Espresso Shakerato is made with signature espresso shaken with ice and poured over chilled coconut water that has been lightly sweetened with coconut syrup, then topped with espresso foam and a slice of lime. Available iced.
New Valencia Orange Cocoa Cappuccino – Asia
The perfect combination of citrus-sweet orange and roasty espresso, the new Starbucks® Valencia Orange Cocoa Cappuccino is made with Valencia orange mocha sauce topped with steamed milk, espresso shots and velvety foam. Dried orange and cocoa powder sprinkles finish the beverage. Available hot, iced and blended.
Tahitian Vanilla Macchiato – Asia
The new Starbucks® Tahitian Vanilla Macchiato is made with velvety steamed milk infused with aromatic and caramelly sweet Tahitian vanilla syrup, then topped with Starbucks signature espresso and finished with vanilla bean specks and vanilla drizzle in a classic double crosshatch pattern. Available hot, iced and blended.
Matcha & Espresso Fusion – Asia
The Starbucks® Matcha & Espresso Fusion is back this season, made with Starbucks fine matcha (green tea) powder layered with milk and Starbucks signature espresso. An inventive combination of coffee and tea. Available hot and iced.
Sakura Blossom – Japan
Celebrated for centuries as an iconic symbol of spring, renewal and simplicity, “Sakura” means cherry blossoms in Japanese. Starbucks Sakura Blossom beverages honor the season with flavors from traditional Japanese ingredients and are served in special pink-cherry blossom cups. Starbucks® Sakura Blossom Cream Latte and Starbucks® Sakura Blossom Cream Frappuccino® Blended Beverage with Crispy Swirl feature a Sakura sauce made with cherry petals, condensed milk and white bean paste. The beverages are finished with pink shaved chocolate inspired by cherry petals and bright pink rice crackers scattered on maple-flavored whipped cream.
Choux Cream Latte – South Korea
Inspired by French cream puffs (choux à la crème), this new beverage has a smooth, sweet, custard flavor combined with rich espresso and steamed milk, topped with custard-flavored whipped cream. Available hot and iced.
Chamomile Apple Tea – South Korea
This refreshing caffeine-free tea harmonizes the flavors of Teavana chamomile tea, sweet apple and the flavor of agave. Available hot and iced.
