Meet Wei, whose 11-year Starbucks journey began as a fresh college graduate and evolved into a career defined by passion and connection. After eight years as a store manager, STARBUCKS RESERVE® DREAM PLAZA TAIPEI flagship store became her next big step.

As the first dedicated Teavana® Bar in the Taiwan market, the space offers a modern twist on traditional tea culture—where baristas craft innovative beverages using premium full-leaf teas and locally inspired ingredients.
Eight years ago, Lucy joined Starbucks, drawn by its warm culture. Recently, she embraced a new challenge—joining the STARBUCKS RESERVE® DREAM PLAZA TAIPEI flagship store to lead the Teavana® Bar.
“We want both locals and international visitors to experience the richness of Taiwanese tea in a refreshing, contemporary way,” Lucy shares. “We feature five signature full-leaf teas from Taiwan, each carefully brewed to preserve its mountain aroma and finished with a silky, foamy texture that elevates the experience.”

- Iced Guava Oolong Tea Sparkler: Shanlinxi oolong tea is paired with pomegranate juice and red guava sauce, blending the aromas of tea and fruit to create a refreshing, sweet, and tart taste experience.

Lili’s Starbucks journey began 11 years ago as a part-time barista. Today, she leads the Starbucks Reserve® Bar at STARBUCKS RESERVE® DREAM PLAZA TAIPEI flagship store—a space that celebrates rare coffees and meaningful connections.
This location features Taiwan’s first Oviso® espresso machine, delivering rich flavor and storytelling in every cup.

Rex began his Starbucks journey in 2010 and now leads the team at Siren’s Lounge®, a first-of-its-kind concept in Asia Pacific. This intimate, reservation-only space offers a curated tasting menu paired with handcrafted mocktails and spirit-forward beverages.
A seasoned coffee competitor and judge, Rex collaborates with baristas and chefs to create unique dining experiences.
“Coffee, food, and art come together here,” Rex says. “It’s a place where guests can truly immerse themselves.”
Rex’s recommendation:
- Reserve Overture Set: This five-course afternoon experience includes a welcome drink, three appetizers, a trio of financiers made with the same Starbucks Reserve® coffee using three different brewing methods, and a final cup of Starbucks Reserve® coffee or tea.
